Refund and return Policy

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@noctarest.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief explanation of the issue
  • A short video clearly showing the problem or defect (required)

The video helps our Quality Assurance Team evaluate the issue faster and ensure a smooth process.

Quality Review and Return Authorization

Once we receive your request, our Quality Assurance Team will review the information. If approved, you’ll receive:

  • A prepaid return shipping label
  • Instructions on how and where to send your item

After the label is issued, you’ll have 7 days to ship the product back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In good condition
  • Returned in its original packaging
  • Include all components originally received

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show excessive wear, damage caused by misuse, or missing packaging.

Refunds

Once we inspect your return, you’ll be notified of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Processing time: Up to 10 business days.
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Replacements are only available for the exact same product originally purchased if requested within the warranty period.

  • Only one exchange per order
  • Once an exchange is requested, the order is no longer eligible for a refund
  • Shipping fees for the new item must be covered by the customer

Warranty Policy

All products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase covering manufacturing defects.

To claim: Contact support with a video showing the issue for a confirmed replacement.

Special Terms

EU Customers: You have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return your order.
Sale Items: Items purchased during sales, promotions, or limited events are final sale and not eligible for returns.
