Refund and Return Policy

Request a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@noctarest.com and include the following information:
- Your order number
- A brief explanation of the issue
- A short video clearly showing the problem or defect (required)
The video allows our Quality Control team to evaluate the case more quickly and ensure an efficient review process.
Review and Return Authorization
Once your request is received, our team will review the information provided. If the return is approved, you will receive:
- A prepaid return shipping label
- Instructions on how and where to send the product
Once the label is issued, you will have 7 days to ship the product. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be in good condition
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Include all original components and accessories
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show excessive wear, damage caused by misuse, or missing packaging/components.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for the same product originally purchased and are subject to review and approval.
- Only one exchange per order is allowed
- Once an exchange is requested, the order will no longer be eligible for a refund
- The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the product
- The product will be inspected upon arrival before the replacement is processed
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will be notified if the refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Limited Warranty
Our products include a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects.
To initiate a warranty claim, contact support and include your order number and a video clearly showing the issue.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and photos or video of the issue to evaluate an appropriate solution.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct shipping address. Nocta Rest is not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Nocta Rest is not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
If your package appears to be lost, please contact us and we will assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier.
