Order processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing and delivery times may be longer due to increased order volumes or carrier-related delays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Standard shipping

Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once shipped, standard delivery within the continental United States typically takes 2–5 business days.

International shipping

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Estimated delivery time is 7–21 business days once shipped.

• International orders may be subject to import taxes and duties (responsibility of the customer).
• Final delivery is handled by your local postal authority or courier.
• Customers must provide accurate delivery information and postal details.

Express shipping

Express options may be available for select destinations. Estimated delivery for express shipping is 2–6 business days after dispatch.

Note: Express shipping is not available for PO Boxes and may be subject to weight limitations.

Taxes, duties and VAT

For orders within the United States, applicable sales tax may be charged in accordance with state and local laws.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and VAT are not included in the purchase price. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and vary by country.

Shipping delays and carrier issues

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Nocta Rest is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

While we are not liable for shipping delays, we will always do our best to assist you in resolving delivery issues whenever possible.
